Having launched nearly two years ago on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC, Batman: Arkham Asylum was not just one of the most critically acclaimed titles of 2009, but one of the most highly rated superhero videogames ever released. Celebrating that success, a brand new line of official Batman: Arkham Asylum action figures are hitting the UK this month.
After arriving on Arkham Island, Batman is greeted by Warden Sharp and security personnel. Although The Joker is securely strapped to a handcart for transfer to the deepest bowels of Arkham, he escapes as the first part of a plan designed to bring Batman to his knees. This is going to be the worst night of Batman's life.
The Batman action figure stands at 6.75" high, features multiple points of articulation and includes a display base. Character-appropriate accessories are also included, and the action figure comes packaged in a four-color clamshell blister card.
The Batman action figure is the first revealed in a brand new series based on the Batman: Arkham Asylum videogame.
